Article 1 Who are we?

Textiles.termas-da-azenha falls under Meio Gordo Actividades Turísticas Lda., and is a one-person business based in Portugal, Termas-da-Azenha, Rua João Henriques Foja Oliveira 47, 3031-434 Vinha da Rainha. The tax number (Número Identificação Finanças) is 504508270. We are the controller of your personal data.

Article 2 What data do we use?

Here you can find an overview of the data we process from you, why we do this, what legal basis we have to process this data from you and how long we will keep this data.

We process your name, address, place of residence, phone number, email, financial information and other information needed to provide our services optimally to you. You can think of your order. We use this data to make you a satisfied customer during the term of our agreement. We will keep this information until after your order has been completed, and the expiry of the return period.

To manage your order, we will keep your name, delivery address, email, purchase history and payment details in our customer base for up to 2 months after our agreement is concluded. We do this by way of implementation and any modification of the agreement (return).

For invoicing and financial administration, we process your name, any company name and associated Chamber of Commerce data, billing address, telephone number, e-mail, outstanding balance and payment details. Without this information, we will not be able to process your payment. According to a legal obligation of the Tax Office, we must keep this data for 7 years. After this period, we will delete this information from you.

Should you unexpectedly have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, e-mail, telephone number, order number and the content of this complaint in order to find the best possible solution for you. We use this data for the optimal implementation of the agreement. We will delete data relating to complaints 7 years after processing.

We have a commercial interest to use some personal data of yours for marketing purposes. We process your name, email and social media account for direct marketing and social media marketing. We will delete this information as soon as you unseed our newsletter or indicate that you no longer want to be contacted by us.

To enable and optimize this website, we use analytics and retargeting services. We have a commercial interest to use your browsing habits and related data to analyze and improve our service where necessary. We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel and are hereby bound by the retention periods of Google and Facebook.

The services use cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent to your browser when you visit this website and are then stored on the hard drive or in the memory of the device with which you visit our website. These cookies will not damage your devices.

If it is a paid webinar, workshop or course, we will also process your invoice details. We keep this data for 7 years in accordance with the rules of the Tax Administration.

For the purposes of your personal account for an online course, other than an Instagram course, we finally process a password. We store this password encrypted in combination with your email address and/or username. We do this to prevent security fraud. We will keep this account information until you terminate your participation.

Article 3 How do we obtain this information?

We have obtained the above information from you as a customer, contact or website visitor, because you have provided this information to us.

Article 4 What rights do you have in relation to this data?
